Visible Recovery strives for quality in all areas of the operation, and the kitchen and food offering is no different. Our aim is to make everyone feel at home. We cater for everyone, and all dietary requirements are met. We are flexible with our menu’s, and regularly discuss menu choices with the clients.

When we plan our menus, we always consider:-

  • Seasonal availability
  • Current client requirements
  • Fresh ingredient choices
  • Nutritional benefit

We like to buy produce locally and support South Australian suppliers wherever possible. Everything we serve at Visible Recovery is made on site. We also offer dietary advice, cooking classes from time to time, we like to take on your suggestions, and if you like what you eat here you are welcome to take the recipe with you!

Monday

Continental Breakfast – Cereal/Toast/Yoghurt/Fruit, Tea and Fresh Ground Coffee
Morning Tea – Fresh Juice (Kale Banana / Mint Crush), Sliced Assorted Wraps, Hazelnut Melting Moments
Lunch – Grainfed Beef Tatiki with Wasabi Avocado Puree
Dinner – Zaatar Chicken Skewer Wraps with Seeded Tabouli

Tuesday

Continental Breakfast – Cereal/Toast/Yoghurt/Fruit, Tea and Fresh Ground Coffee
Morning Tea – Fresh Juice (Pineapple Coconut Water and Mint), Berry Muffin, Lemon Grass & Chilli Cashew Trail Mix
Lunch – Seeded Crusted Salmon with Broccolini Salad
Dinner – Grainfed Steak Sandwich with Caramelised Onion and Salad

Wednesday

Friday

Continental Breakfast – Cereal/Toast/Yoghurt/Fruit, Tea and Fresh Ground Coffee
Morning Tea – Fresh Juice (Beetroot, Ginger and Pear Juice), Mushroom Tofu and Kale Pot Stickers
Lunch – Panko Crumbed Whiting Fillets with Homemade Tartare Sauce and a Seasonal Salad
Dinner – B.B.Q. (Lamb Chops, Chevapccici, Onions, Potatoe and salads etc )

Saturday

Cooked Breakfast – Eggs (how you would like them), Bacon, Fried Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Beans and Toast, Tea and Fresh Ground Coffee
Lunch – Make your own Sandwiches, Pea, Spinach & Chickpea Samosas with Mint Yoghurt
Dinner – Assorted Lamb Koffas, and Mint Pea Falafels with Tabouli and Wraps

Sunday
